​We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Sales Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about real estate, enjoy interacting with clients, possess a high level of professionalism and integrity, and excel at closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and manage qualified real estate leads

Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and on-site visits

Deliver professional sales presentations tailored to customer needs
-
Coordinate and mature property site visits
-
Conduct market research and keep up with industry trends
-
Maintain records and track sales activities
-
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure and post-sale support
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or telesales
-
A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in lead follow-up and client engagement
-
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
-
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic media/marketing platforms
-
Familiarity with sales forecasting and planning.
-
Open to travel, as and when required.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is a plus

Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
